  • Partner Training

    Training with a friend, partner, coworker, etc. can help you experience most of the benefits of private coaching at a reduced cost. You may even find yourself with some added accountability having someone else side by side in your fitness journey.

  • Small Group Training

    This option is great for people who need general direction, lots of accountability, and enjoy a “community” environment. Although you lose some of the personalization of 1-1/ partner , you still get the benefit of exercising correctly, safely, and even having fun by following the expertise of a DRF trainer. You’ll sense the positive energy when you progress with the people around you.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    Clients will be helped in identifying small change opportunities to make big impacts. This is to help set them up for lifetime of positive choices and continued success.
