About the Owner and Head Trainer

My name is David Topor and my late father’s name was Richard Topor. Since he was my biggest influence in living a healthy life full of exercise and nutritious foods, calling my coaching business David Richards Fitness made complete sense.

I am a certified personal trainer with a training certification from ACTION, as well as specialized certifications from NASM in Seniors Fitness and MMA Conditioning, and also am certified through DSW Fitness for program design for prenatal and postpartum women. My experience working one-on-one with clients started over 12 years ago, at various tennis facilities, privately and additional time spent in various health clubs, guiding people to reach their fitness goals.

As I stated before, my passion for fitness stems from my late father's influence. He had his own health food store back in the late ’70s and was an avid long-distance runner. His influence had me active at a young age and luckily I continued exercising and staying active into my adult life. My love for exercise and living a healthy lifestyle became a huge part of who I am.
